1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our services at Interviu (a B2B AI technical screening platform), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. These terms apply to both Customers (organisations using the platform) and Candidates (individuals taking screenings).
2. Services & Credits (For Customers)
Customers purchase prepaid credits to invite candidates to AI-led technical screening conversations.
- Credit Usage: One credit corresponds to 10 minutes of screening time. Credits are deducted when a candidate completes a screening session and a report is generated.
- Refunds: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits do not expire as long as the account remains active.
- Hiring Decisions: Interviu provides AI-driven technical evaluations based on the company context (tech stack, architecture) provided by the Customer. However, final hiring decisions remain the sole responsibility of the Customer. Interviu is not liable for any hiring outcomes, candidate performance, or claims of bias resulting from employment decisions.
3. Candidate Responsibilities
If you are a Candidate participating in an Interviu screening:
- Consent to Recording: You acknowledge and agree that your audio and video (webcam) will be recorded and your conversation analyzed by AI to generate an evaluation report for the employer.
- Authenticity: You agree that your responses are entirely your own. You must not use unauthorized third-party tools, collaborate with others, or attempt to bypass the platform's integrity mechanisms.
- Confidentiality: You agree not to copy, record, or distribute any interview questions or conversational prompts encountered during your session.
4. Acceptable Use & Restrictions
You are specifically restricted from all of the following:
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code or AI prompts used by Interviu.
- Selling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting the Interviu platform.
- Using the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, or causes harm to the platform or any person/business entity.
5. Intellectual Property
Interviu owns all intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website and platform (excluding Customer-provided data and Candidate submissions). Customers retain full ownership of their proprietary screening configurations, including their company tech stack, architecture data, and evaluation topics. Candidates retain ownership of their verbal responses (subject to a license granted to the Customer and Interviu to evaluate and process the interview).
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Interviu, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website or our AI screening services. Our platform is provided "as is," without any warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy of AI evaluations.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify active Customers of any material changes via email or an announcement on the dashboard.
